Thomas Virgil "Dink" Stillings Jr.

<p>Thomas V. &ldquo;Dink&rdquo; Stillings Jr., 38, passed away on Saturday, September 11,&nbsp;2021 in Louisville, Kentucky.&nbsp; Dink, as he was affectionately known, was born on March 7, 1983 to Thomas V. and Susan K. Stillings Sr. in Louisville, Kentucky.&nbsp; He was a very hard worker and spent the last 17 years working at Old Dominion Freight Line, most recently as the Operations Manager.&nbsp; Dink was funny and outgoing, and will be remembered for his favorite saying, &ldquo;I&rsquo;m pretty fly for a white guy.&rdquo;&nbsp; He was very family-oriented. On the holidays, Dink loved to gather with the entire family and cook everyone&#39;s holiday meal.&nbsp; In his spare time, he could be found watching his UofL Cardinals, cutting grass and flowers, riding his motorcycle, and shopping.&nbsp; Dink loved his children and grandchildren and was the best &rdquo;Pap&rdquo; ever!&nbsp; He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.</p> <p>Dink was preceded in death by his mother, Susan K. Stillings.</p> <p>Left to cherish his memory, Thomas leaves behind his 2 daughters, Autumn Stillings and Alexis White (Dalton Johnston); his father, Thomas Stillings Sr.; 4 siblings, Kevin Stillings (Heather), Sean Stillings, Angela Knight (Kenny), and Crystal Dunn (Chris); 2 grandchildren, Braxton Hatfield, and Brinley Johnston; 6 nieces and nephews, Kaelin, Chris Jr., Kaylee, Chelsie, Andrea and Kevin Jr.; and a host of extended family and close friends.</p> <p>A funeral service for Mr. Thomas &ldquo;Dink&rdquo; Stillings Jr. will be held at 12:00 PM Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Legacy Funeral Center-Schoppenhorst Chapel, 1832 W. Market Street, Louisville, KY 40203.&nbsp; Visitation will be held on September 14 &amp; 15 from 1 PM to 8 PM at the funeral home.&nbsp; Burial at Edwardsville Cemetery will follow the funeral service.</p>

Obituary

Thomas V. “Dink” Stillings Jr., 38, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021 in Louisville, Kentucky.  Dink, as he was affectionately known, was born on March 7, 1983 to Thomas V. and Susan K. Stillings Sr. in Louisville, Kentucky.  He was a very hard worker and spent the last 17 years working at Old Dominion Freight Line, most recently as the Operations Manager.  Dink was funny and outgoing, and will be remembered for his favorite saying, “I’m pretty fly for a white guy.”  He was very family-oriented. Market Street, Louisville, KY 40203.  Visitation will be held on September 14 & 15 from 1 PM to 8 PM at the funeral home.  Burial at Edwardsville Cemetery will follow the funeral service.
